Automatic Refills keep Mood Munchies coming so you never run out, at a lower price. Here's exactly how subscriptions work.
How Subscriptions Work
When you choose Automatic Refills at checkout, you save on every order and we ship your selected plan (for example every 1 or 3 months) automatically. Your discount applies to every renewal for as long as your subscription stays active.
Billing & Renewals
Your payment method on file is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and the renewal order ships on the same schedule as your plan. You can view your next renewal date anytime in your customer account.
24-Hour Rebill Refund Window
If a renewal charge goes through and you didn't mean for it to, contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund it in full. After 24 hours, the renewal order enters processing and a refund is no longer guaranteed. If you believe a rebill occurred in error, email us and we'll make it right.
Cancel or Pause Anytime
There's zero commitment. You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery anytime before your next renewal date, either from your customer account or by emailing support@klodee.com. Cancellations take effect immediately for future renewals; they don't affect orders already processing.
Managing Your Subscription
From your account you can change your plan, update your shipping address, or swap your payment method. Changes made before a renewal apply to that renewal; changes made after apply to the next one.
Price Changes
If the price of your subscription ever changes, we'll notify you by email before the new price takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
