Access and Account

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use our services, or use them under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. Purchases must be made by adults. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.

Our Products

We work hard to display our products accurately, but we can't warrant that colors and appearance on your screen exactly match the physical product. Product descriptions, formulations, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities.

Health disclaimer: Klodee products are dietary supplements, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on our site is medical advice. Always consult your child's healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if your child has a medical condition or takes medication.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Once an order is accepted and processing, it generally cannot be canceled. Purchases are for personal and household use only and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices and Billing

Prices may change without notice; the price charged is the one displayed when you place your order. Posted prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for your orders, including subscription renewals per our Subscription Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, designs, and other materials on the services belong to Klodee or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only; any reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.

Optional Tools

We may give you access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control. They're provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Third-Party Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and you assume all risk when you leave our platform.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not a party to, and bears no liability for, transactions between you and Klodee. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your use of our services.

Privacy

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's privacy policy.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Klodee a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction, and you warrant that you own it and that it complies with these terms.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally information on the services may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property, harass or harm others, submit false information, spam, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, or interfere with the security of the services. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klodee, its affiliates, and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klodee, its affiliates, and Shopify from any third-party claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Waiver; Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klodee and supersede prior communications. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located there.

Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
